Wow, I am so honored to be part of your blog! Glad you finally got to make and enjoy the salsa. And don't worry, you can tweak it any way you want, to make it your own special "brand". Even if you want to throw some scorpion legs in there! Also - when you come home I will make you your own private batch. (but I will probably omit the scorpion legs) :-)
